California grapes are harvested, crushed, fermented & then distilled before gently maturing in handcrafted fired oak barrels to produce an extra smooth, delicious Californian Brandy.

We then mix the California Brandy to perfection for a cocktail that’s deliciously smooth and very refreshing.
